Your journey begins with a $160 in-home consultation, the first step toward a more functional, beautiful, and peaceful home. During the visit, your professional organizer will walk through your space with you, identify areas that need organizing or decluttering, and take detailed notes to fully understand your needs, goals, and lifestyle. From there, you’ll receive a customized organizing proposal designed specifically for your home, aesthetic, and routines. If you decide to move forward, $150 of the consultation fee will be applied toward your organizing service.

Scheduling
Once a customer inquiry is received, the customer will be contacted by the vendor, Neatly, within 1-3 business days to schedule service.
Terms and Conditions
Neatly’s goal is to ensure every home organization session is safe, respectful, and productive for both the organizer and the client. While the organizer will attend the scheduled consultation, she reserves the right to decline the project at her sole discretion if it presents a potential health or safety risk—such as extreme hoarding conditions, unsanitary environments, or if she feels unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised services. Promotional value expires one year after purchase. Amount paid never expires.
