Using purified water and specialized solar-safe brushes, they will remove hard water residue and debris from your solar panel glass, maintaining their efficiency without causing any damage.
Important Solar Cleaning Service Exclusions
- Spanish Clay Tile Roofs: These surfaces are excluded to avoid potential damage.
- Steep or Hazardous Roof Pitches: For safety reasons, roofs with a steep incline or dangerous pitch cannot be serviced.
- Algae or Moss Buildup: Solar panels cannot be cleaned if algae or moss is present on the roof. Please ensure the roof is professionally cleaned before scheduling this service.
- Homes Over Two Stories: Properties taller than two stories are outside the vendor’s service capabilities.

Once a customer inquiry is received, the customer will be contacted by the vendor, OnPoint Solar Cleaning, within 1-3 business days to schedule service.
