The service includes a comprehensive visual inspection of your panels, along with before and after photos for your review. Using purified water and specialized solar-safe brushes, they will remove hard water residue and debris from your solar panel glass, maintaining their efficiency without causing any damage.
Important Solar Cleaning Service Exclusions
- Spanish Clay Tile Roofs: These surfaces are excluded to avoid potential damage.
- Steep or Hazardous Roof Pitches: For safety reasons, roofs with a steep incline or dangerous pitch cannot be serviced.
- Algae or Moss Buildup: Solar panels cannot be cleaned if algae or moss is present on the roof. Please ensure the roof is professionally cleaned before scheduling this service.
- Homes Over Two Stories: Properties taller than two stories are outside the vendor’s service capabilities.
*Annual Solar Cleaning Subscription Terms: Enrollment includes a two-year minimum commitment with one cleaning per year at a locked-in discounted rate and priority scheduling. The plan renews automatically each year unless canceled after the initial two-year term. Early cancellation may void discounted pricing and revert cleanings to standard rates. Clients will be notified of any rate changes before renewal, and scheduling is flexible within service windows, weather permitting.

Once a customer inquiry is received, the customer will be contacted by the vendor, OnPoint Solar Cleaning, within 1-3 business days to schedule service.
Terms and Conditions
If, upon reviewing your home and the vendor finds any inaccuracies or if they unable to fulfill the requested service, a refund will be processed and sent back to you. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised services. Promotional value expires one year after purchase. Amount paid never expires.
