Service Schedule:
First Visit (Spring – Before Summer)
- Comprehensive inspection and cleaning

- Refrigerant and airflow assessment for peak performance

Second Visit (Fall – After Summer)
- Filter replacement for optimal air quality

Service Levels:
🔹 Level 1 –For HVAC systems that have had regular maintenance completed in the past year. If your system runs efficiently and has been serviced consistently, this is the best option for you.
🔹 Level 2 – For HVAC systems that have not had maintenance completed in the past year this option ensures it gets the care it needs.
Professional Duct Cleaning Service
(Recommended every two years)

- Cleaning of 9 supply vents and 1 return vent (additional vents available at an extra cost)
