Enjoy convenient removal of your bulk items! The first item will be removed for just $25, with each additional item costing $35.



Instructions

Sign-ups are required! ONLY approved items listed on your sign-up submission will be removed. All items must be placed at the curb by 6am on the day of your event.

  1. If your waste is collected in an alley each week, as opposed to in front of your home, please place items there, outside your garage.
  2. If you're unsure of the correct placement location, feel free to contact our team for assistance.


Important Reminder: To avoid a trip fee, please ensure all items are placed out on your scheduled event date. If our driver arrives and your items are not accessible for pickup, a trip fee may be charged to cover the cost of the attempted service.


PLEASE NOTE:

-Microwaves are not accepted as bulk items.

-Mattresses must be wrapped individually with a mattress cover, sheet, or plastic. 

-Bed frames must be broken down. Each piece of the bed frame will count as one individual item. 

-Sectional sofas must be broken down, and each section will count as one item. 

-Rugs and carpet pieces must be rolled up and no longer than 6ft in length.

-Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat, stacked, and tied together with rope or twine. Limit of 15 boxes per bundle. Each bundle will be counted as one item.

-If the item exceeds 6 feet in length or weighs more than 150 lbs, please send a clear photo to our customer support team at service@mypinplus.com for approval before the event. Without prior approval, the vendor may not be able to remove the item on the day of the event, or there may be additional removal fees. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and efficient service.


In our efforts to maintain low base trash service rates, we have adjusted our bulk item rate to cover increased operational costs. These costs include higher gas prices and a 70% landfill rate increase. We want to assure you that despite these adjustments, we are committed to keeping our prices as competitive as possible. It's important to note that our rates are still significantly lower compared to other junk removal companies, where the minimum trip fee for just one item can be almost $200. We remain dedicated to providing valuable services to your community at rates well below the market average.
