Weekly Pool Service Includes:

1. Thorough cleaning of the pool, including netting, brushing, and/or vacuuming debris as necessary.
2. Emptying skimmer and pump baskets as needed.
3. Testing and adjusting sanitizer levels, pH, and total alkalinity.
4. There are no extra charges for chlorine, muriatic acid, or other standard chemicals.
5. Please note that additional charges may apply for certain extra services, such as algae treatment, repairs, or adjustments to cyanuric acid, salt levels (for saltwater pools), and phosphate levels. If any of these services are required, the applicable charges will be processed using the payment method on file or invoiced separately, depending on the type of service.

Weekly Spa Service Includes:

1. Comprehensive cleaning of the spa, including wiping down the shell and cover, vacuuming debris, and cleaning filters as necessary.
2. Testing and adjusting sanitizer levels, pH, and total alkalinity.
3. There are no extra charges for chlorine, muriatic acid, or other standard chemicals.
4. Please note that additional charges may apply for certain extra services, such as algae treatment, repairs, or other maintenance beyond the scope of weekly service. The applicable charges will be processed using the payment method on file or invoiced separately, depending on the type of service.

Additional Information

If your spa is integrated with your pool as a single body of water, it will be treated and billed as part of your pool service. If your spa is a standalone unit that is not connected to your pool, a separate spa service package is required.

Additional maintenance services may be recommended or required to keep your pool and/or spa operating properly. These services include, but are not limited to:

1. Filter Cleaning: Every 6 months, or sooner if needed – $140
2. Salt Cell Cleaning (Saltwater Pools): Every 6 months, or sooner if needed
3. Spa Drain & Refill: Every 6 months, or sooner if needed – $140
4. Other maintenance services necessary to maintain proper water quality and equipment performance.

Billing Authorization

By purchasing this service, you authorize PIN Plus to charge the payment method on file for your recurring monthly pool and/or spa service, as well as any additional maintenance services performed outside of the standard weekly service. These additional services may include, but are not limited to, filter cleanings, spa drain and refill services, salt cell cleanings, algae treatments, chemical adjustments, phosphate treatments, cyanuric acid adjustments, salt adjustments, and other necessary maintenance required to properly maintain your pool and/or spa. Any applicable charges for these additional services will be processed using the payment method on file at the time the service is performed. Repairs or replacement parts that require customer approval will be quoted separately before any work is completed.
