Weekly Pool/Spa Service Includes:

1. Thorough cleaning of the pool, including netting, brushing, and/or vacuuming debris as necessary.
2. Emptying skimmer and pump baskets as needed.
3. Testing and adjusting sanitizer levels, pH, and total alkalinity.
4. There are extra charges for chlorine, muriatic acid, and other standard chemicals when and if more standard chemicals are needed.
5. Please note that additional charges may apply for certain extra services, such as algae treatment, repairs, or adjustments to cyanuric acid, salt levels (for saltwater pools), and phosphate levels. If any of these services are required, a separate invoice will be issued. Homeowner approval will be obtained before proceeding with any of these services.

Weekly Spa Service Includes:

1. Comprehensive cleaning of the spa, including wiping down the shell and cover, vacuuming debris, and cleaning filters as necessary.
2. Testing and adjusting sanitizer levels, pH, and total alkalinity.
3. There are extra charges for chlorine, muriatic acid, and other standard chemicals when and if more standard chemicals are needed.
4. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for extra services, such as algae treatment and repairs. A separate invoice will be issued if these services are needed, and homeowner approval will be obtained before proceeding.

Important Notes: If your spa is integrated with your pool as a single body of water, it will be treated and billed as part of the pool service. However, if your spa is a standalone unit not connected to your pool, you will need to purchase a separate spa service package. Additional charges may apply for specific maintenance services, including filter cleanings (scheduled every 6 months or sooner if required), salt cell cleanings for saltwater pools (also scheduled every 6 months), and spa drain and refill services (scheduled every 6 months or sooner if necessary).
