Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (Agreement) is entered into as of the 15th day of February, 2025, by and between GDRS Consulting DBA PIN Plus and located at 5694 Mission Center Road, Suite 470 San Diego, CA 92108 (“GDRS”) and ___________, (“Tenant” or “Customer”) part of their Community (“Community”). Each GDRS and Customer or Community may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” 

 I understand and agree to each and all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature.  My e-signature is legally binding.

Agreement to Use Electronic Signature

By selecting the "Agree" button below, you are consenting to the use of an electronic signature for this Agreement and any related agreements, contracts, proposals, or legal documents (collectively, "Agreement(s)"). You are encouraged to carefully read the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By selecting "Agree," you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and your electronic initials hold the same legal weight as handwritten initials.

By selecting "Agree" using any device or method, you consent to the legally binding terms of this Agreement. Your electronic signature ("E-Signature") is as valid as a manual signature, and no certification authority or third-party verification is required to validate your e-signature. The lack of such certification will not affect the enforceability of your e-signature or any resulting agreement between you and Global Disposal Reduction Services, Global Disposal Consulting, or any related companies ("PIN Plus"). By proceeding, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement. I understand and agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature. My e-signature is legally binding.

  1. Agreement to Terms


  1. By using the PIN Plus platform, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies and additional terms incorporated by reference. If Customer does not agree to this Agreement, they should not access or use the PIN Plus platform or its services.


  1. Nature of Services Provided
  2. Broker Role: PIN Plus serves solely as a broker to facilitate access to home services provided by Vendors. Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or affiliates of PIN Plus.
  3. Platform Only: PIN Plus does not provide the home services itself and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or quality of work of the Vendors.
  4. No Guarantee: While PIN Plus carefully selects its Vendors, it makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, timing, or quality of any services provided by Vendors.


  1. Vendor Selection Process
  2. Vendor Selection: Vendors featured on the PIN Plus platform may be chosen based on various criteria, including but not limited to referrals, prior performance history, value for service, and HOA requests. In some cases, an HOA may specifically request to use a particular vendor.
  3. Quality Efforts: PIN Plus makes a good-faith effort to recommend vendors who provide the best value for their services and maintain a reputation for reliability. However, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or success of any services provided by a vendor.
  4. Customer Responsibility: Customer acknowledges that PIN Plus is not responsible for any vendor’s performance, conduct, or quality of work. Any issues or disputes with vendor-provided services are the sole responsibility of the Customer to address directly with the vendor.


  1. Customer Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk


  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
  2. They are contracting directly with Vendors for services facilitated by the PIN Plus platform.
  3. They assume any and all risks associated with third-party services provided by Vendors.
  4. PIN Plus has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the actions, conduct, or performance of Vendors, including, but not limited to, acts or omissions that may cause property damage or personal injury.


  1. Requirement for Insurance
  2. Customer agrees to maintain a valid homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy covering liability for any injuries, damages, or claims resulting from activities or services on their property by Vendors. Customer is responsible for ensuring their insurance coverage applies to third-party Vendors and understands that any issues resulting from services by Vendors are their responsibility.
  3. PIN Plus assumes no liability for damages that may be covered by the Customer’s insurance policy.


  1. Indemnification
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PIN Plus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
  3. Any claim or dispute related to services provided by Vendors.
  4. Any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or harm resulting from the services performed by Vendors.
  5. Customer’s breach of this Agreement or applicable laws, regulations, or insurance requirements.


  1. Limitation of Liability
  2. No Liability for Vendor Actions: Under no circumstances will PIN Plus be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential, arising from the services provided by Vendors. Any claims, disputes, or damages related to the services provided by a Vendor shall be addressed solely between the Customer and the Vendor.
  3. Platform Liability Limit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIN Plus’s total liability, if any, under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer to PIN Plus for access to the platform in the prior six months. This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of whether they are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.


  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  2. Platform as-Is: PIN Plus provides its platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  3. No Guarantee of Services: PIN Plus makes no representation that the services or products provided by Vendors will meet Customer’s expectations or requirements. PIN Plus disclaims all liability for any disputes or dissatisfaction with services arranged through the platform.


  1. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
  2. Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state of California. By agreeing to this provision, Customer waives their right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.


  1. Governing Law
  2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of California courts for any actions arising out of this Agreement that are not resolved through arbitration.


  1. Compliance with Local Laws and Ordinances
  2. Customer Responsibility: Customer is responsible for ensuring that all services provided through the PIN Plus platform comply with applicable local laws, ordinances, and community regulations. PIN Plus is not liable for any non-compliance by Customer or Vendor with local regulations or ordinances.
  3. Vendor Compliance: PIN Plus expects Vendors to be knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable local laws and ordinances; however, PIN Plus disclaims any liability for a Vendor’s failure to comply.


  1. Force Majeure
  2. Uncontrollable Events: Except for payment obligations, neither PIN Plus nor Customer shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, riots, war, compliance with government laws, orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control.
  3. Notification and Delays: If an event of force majeure occurs, the affected party will promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible. Neither party shall be held liable for any delays or non-performance under this Agreement due to force majeure events.


  1. Severability
  2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under law, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.


Service Guarantee Policy

PIN Plus is committed to helping our customers receive the quality of service they expect from third-party vendors listed on our platform. While PIN Plus does not directly provide the services, we strive to ensure that each vendor delivers services as described.

  1. Service Quality: If a service provided by a third-party vendor does not meet the description or expected quality, PIN Plus will work in good faith with the customer to facilitate communication with the vendor and assist in reaching a satisfactory outcome.
  2. Resolution Process: To initiate a review, the customer must submit a detailed description of the issue within 7 days of service completion. PIN Plus will coordinate with the vendor on the customer’s behalf to seek an appropriate resolution, which may include corrections, adjustments, or alternative solutions, at the vendor’s discretion.
  3. Limitations: This Service Guarantee Policy does not constitute a warranty or assurance of outcome and does not guarantee a refund or replacement service. Any final resolution or remedy will be subject to the vendor’s policies and capabilities. PIN Plus’s role is limited to facilitating communication and assisting with customer concerns.
  4. Exclusions: The Service Guarantee Policy does not apply to delays or issues beyond
