AGREEMENT TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By selecting the "Agree" button below, you are signing this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature AND any Agreement for Service or other agreement, contract, proposal or other legal document (“Agreement(s)”), to the fullest extent permissible by law, electronically. You are urged to carefully read the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By selecting the “Agree” button, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual / handwritten signature, and your electronic initials are the legal equivalent of your manual / handwritten initials, with respect to their interpretation and impact on this Agreement and any other agreement as described. By selecting "Agree" using any device, means, or action, you consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that your signature on this document (your "E-Signature") is as valid as if you signed the document in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your e-signature, and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not, in any way, affect the enforceability of your e-signature or any resulting agreement between you and Global Disposal Reduction Services, Global Disposal Consulting, or any of its related companies (“GDRS”). You also confirm that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement. If you do not wish to process the Agreement electronically, please email service@pinwaste.com to obtain a paper copy of the Agreement.
I understand and agree to each and all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement to Use Electronic Signature. My e-signature is legally binding.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and GDRS Consulting Inc ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), and together referred to as the Parties, concerning your access to and use of the http://www.my.pinwaste.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). The Site provides an online marketplace for the following goods, products, and/or services: Waste and Recycling Services. In order to help make the Site a secure environment for the purchase and sale of Marketplace Offerings, all users are required to accept and comply with these Terms of Use, including the Services Agreement posted on the Site, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or the Marketplace Offerings, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
BILLING RESPONSIBILITY
The person or entity responsible for billing is the owner of the property. In the event that a resident moves out of a home, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring service is paid for.
